Overview of Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the marketing strategy1.

Drive business growth and identify new commercial opportunities1.

Ensure profitability of agreements and maintain strategic marketing plans1.

Facilitate all marketing aspects, including sales, agreements, and client relationship management1.

Enhance brand visibility and ensure competitive positioning in the market1.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and maintain healthy relationships with clients and stakeholders1.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Medical, or related fields (MBA or equivalent experience)1.

10-15 years’ relevant working experience in Lifestyle, Distribution, Marketing, Commercial, Medical, and/or related fields1.
-
Proven experience in commercial or business development roles1.
-
Strong negotiation and people skills to influence stakeholders at all levels1.
-
Excellent language skills in English and Afrikaans1.
-
Analytical, data-driven mindset1.
-
Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software1.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills1.
-
Leadership skills to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams1.

Good physical and mental condition1.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence1.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends1.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention1.

Be in contact with clients, addressing needs and resolving issues timely1.

Analyze financial data to assess the financial health of commercial operations1.

Ensure effective marketing of the company’s product and services portfolio to healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and other stakeholders1.
