VACANCY: MANAGER – COMPLIANCE
The Law Society of Namibia (LSN) is seeking to appoint a Manager: Compliance
The Manager: Compliance is responsible for ensuring that all legal practitioners, firms, and auditors comply with the Legal Practitioners Act, Rules, and related regulatory requirements. The role oversees Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) applications, firm inspections, audits, and training programs, ensuring operational compliance, risk mitigation, and protection of public trust monies. The Manager also develops, drafts, implements, and monitors internal policies to strengthen governance and compliance frameworks.
Closing Date: Friday 3rd of October 2025
Minimum Requirements:
· The applicant must be a Namibian citizen
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Compliance, or related field, with completed article.
· Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in compliance, auditing or risk management.
· The applicant must be in possession of a valid driver’s licence.
· Advanced understanding of Word and Excel and PowerPoint presentations
