Responsibilities
• Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, producing and creating of food menus for the assigned kitchen.
• Ensure that the products used in the kitchen is of the highest quality and that consistency is achieved and maintained.
Requirements
• Diploma for culinary school or apprenticeship or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years, experience in an Asian establishment.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a prerequisite.
