Construction Operations Analyst
LIC Pool Center Namibia is looking for a Construction Operations Analyst in Windhoek. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager.
Summary of Main responsibilities:
* Submit monthly Cost analysis, Budget Control, Stock Control and Fuel Usage reports to the Human Resources Manager/Financial Analyst.
* Excellent communication with Management, Clients and faithful on feedback.
* Analyzing and Efficiently controlling Stock, Sales, Budgets and Cost targets.
* Analyzing & Processing of Financial documentation and reports, Cost Analysis, Quotations, Invoices, Orders, Job Cards, Statements on the System and Manually.
* Accurate, On-time, Excellent, efficient and prompt service delivery to clients and Management.
* Analyzing all Logistics, fleet and Trip Records.
* Analyzing, Multitasking and running and organizing multiple sites at once.
* Neat, organized and keeping to appointments and promises.
* Provide Management with necessary Daily Sales & Target Report, Weekly Cost and Budget Reports.
* Analyzing client lists and schedules. Client Management and a brand ambassador for LIC Pool Centre.
* Sales, New business, relationship building with customers and service development.
* Analyze the Schedules of all technicians & Supervisors.
* Manage Inspections and spot checks on sites.
* Daily Staff Meetings for efficient Planning & Organizing.
* Analyzing Debtors and exercising efficient debtors’ control.
* Stock Taking, Control and keeping Store rooms organised and in order
* Office Administration and keep Admin Office and Stock Store organised and in order.
* Any other responsibilities as required by Management
* Responsible for Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Wellness, Performance management and Discipline of your Teams.
* Actively drive the growth of the business.
* Analyse Stock Prices; Stock Holdings; Stock Taking; Fast movers and exercise Buyer control.Requirements:
* Extreme Analyst, High Attention to detail; Excellent in Reporting.
* Good organizer, problem solver, Integrity and can work independently with initiative.
* Can work at a fast pace under pressure with problem solving skills.
* Build partnership and trust with clients. Management & Organizational Skills.
* Working hours are weekdays: From 07h15 in the morning until 17h00
* One Saturday per month.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualification in Finance & Excellent in Excell Advanced and Pastel.
* Minimum of six (6) years’ experience in Cost Accounting or Bookkeeping.
* Must have experience and skills in Advanced Excell and can create informative Reports.
* Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
