REF OIO2BIDMP: BUSINESS INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGING PARTNER Inviting qualified Business Investment Sports Development and Managing Partner focusing on both driving new sports investment opportunities and managing the overall strategic direction and operational health of a sports business. Key responsibilities include develop- ing sports growth strategies, forging strategic sports partnerships, overseeing financial performance and daily operations, and managing client and stakeholder relationships to ensure sustained business growth and profitability.

· Education level: Advanced Diploma or Bachelor +plus
· Experience level: 10 to 15 years
· Location: Windhoek, Khomas Region Namibia
· Key Skills: Development and implement long-term sports business strategies and opportunities, expand into new markets, and drive overall business expansion; Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and reviewing financial activities; Manage day-to-day operations, ensure operational efficiency, and implement organizational policies and procedures; Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, stakeholders; Team Leadership; Mar- ket Analysis and Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and sports industry standards
