JOB ROLE
To perform administrative & customer related tasks for the BU North.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
-Grade 12 certificate
-Experience
-3 years’ office administration experience
– Legal Requirements
– Driver’s License Code B

– Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
– SAP Knowledge
– Proficiency in Spoken and written English

Key Performance Areas

– Budget Compilation / control for BU North Water Supply Area

– Assist with Purchases for the Area

– Process Water Supply applications and water meter installations on SAP

– Perform administrative tasks for Area Office

– Perform secretarial function for Manager. Water Supply

– Compiling of BSC operational data for Management

– Assist Water Supply Superintendents and customers with enquiries & admin
procedures

– Manage stock control for the Area Office.

– Perform Ad Hoc duties
