VACANCY
We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our team! The successful applicant must be a reliable
individual with a strong work ethic, good communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Main role responsibilities:
• Perform monthly invoicing and account reconciliations.
• Review financial records and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Update and maintain the database, financial records, and filing systems.
• Report financial discrepancies, errors, and customer complaints.
• Compile monthly and weekly financial spreadsheets, reports, statements, and other documents.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and colleagues on accounts payable and accounts receivable
queries.
• Assist with administrative and reception tasks.
Requirements and Skills
• Gr 12 with minimum of 3 years proven experience within a Financial Administrator role.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions
• Knowledge of MS Office, Pastel, Quick books, Sage or IQ experience would be an advantage
• Attention to detail with organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
