VACANCY: TEMPORARY CALL CENTRE AGENT (3 MONTHS CONTRACT)
DUTY STATION: NETWORK OPERATIONS OFFICE, OTJIWARONGO
PURPOSE:
To operate the call centre by answering incoming calls, both external and internal, and relay them to respective
persons to assist customers as per their needs.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS, AMONGST OTHERS:
• Receive customer queries and direct them to relevant persons.
• Keep records of all Frequent Asked Questions (FAQ) from customers.
• Provide high level of personalized customer services.
• Notify customers of any service interruptions.
• Assist with the announcement of power outages and breakdowns.
• Report on the Frequent Asked Questions (FAQs) and provide relevant information to customers.
• Manage Cenored Short Message Services for customer queries.
• Answer all telephone calls and assist customers accordingly.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 Certificate (20 points in five subjects with a minimum of E symbol in English)
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Three (3) years’ experience in a customer service environment.
• Good Communication skills.
• Good Customer Care skills
