POST: 1 x PROPERTY AND LAND MANAGEMENT CLERK: B3
Salary Scale: N$ 87 054.00 – 90 643.00
Transport Allowance: N$ 7, 704.00 per Annum
Housing Allowance: 40% of the Annual Basic salary (with a mortgage bond)
Housing Subsidy: 20% of the annual basic salary (without a bond)
Medical AID: 85% Employer Contribution,
Pension Contribution: 21, 7 % Employer Contribution
13th Cheque: N$7,254.50- N$7,553.58
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide day to day property operation. which includes administration of informal settlement, build together programme, KVC housing scheme and immovable property administration and sales.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREA
- Administration of the property and land division
- Property and land management
- Administering of various housing Schemes including KVC housing scheme
- Preparing monthly submission for land application and the alienation process
- Allocation of reception area demarcated even to ultra-low-income earners
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 3 Year National Diploma in Law, Land Property/ Land Management related field.
- Sound knowledge in property administration and town planning, shall be an added advantage.
- Time management, Communication, Interpersonal skill and Customer Oriented
- Knowledge in Local Authority Act, 23 of 1992 as amended.
- Must be Namibia Citizen
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Grade 12 certificate and NQA Level 7 National Diploma in Property Management, Law, or
- Land Management.
- 3 years relevant experience, which are directly related to the responsibilities specified.
- No criminal record
- For ease communication with customers and interpersonal communication skills is needed. Local languages such as Khoekhoegowab, Oshiwambo, Otherero, and Afrikaans shall be an extra advantage.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft (Excel, Words, PowerPoints) literacy
