New Era Publication Corporation (NEPC) invites suitably qualified applicants for the position of Personal Assistant to the CEO, Windhoek.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- CEO office management
- Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organisation
Work with the Executive Team to coordinate the CEO’s outreach activities
Act as a llaison and provide support to the Board of Directors
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma (NQA Level 6) in Secretarial Studies/ Office Administration.
- Three (3) years relevant working experience.
- Code B driver’s licence
COMPETENCY/SKILLS
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- High level of confidentiality
- Efficient and well organised
- Reliable
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
•Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
