As the Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for production support, managing scheduled tasks, and addressing incident reports and user requests in a payment solution environment.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in writing SQL queries with knowledge/understanding of C# to analyze incidents and provide resolutions to end-users.
Minimum Requirements:
3 year’s experience in SQL
Knowledge/understanding of C#
Understand file layouts – flat files, XML
Previous experience working on virtual machines
Live in Namibia (hybrid role)
Be available for after-hours support
Able to work independently
Excellent client management ability
Duties and Responsibilities:
System monitoring
Task prioritization
Recommend improvements and/or enhancements
Investigate, manage, and resolve technical incidents
Incident escalation
Support customer testing
Software installation
Present product training sessions
Produce client incident reports
Attend client update meetings
Test management on new releases
Pilot take-on management
