Job Description
To develop, and implement the engineering strategy covering resource planning, operations, and infrastructure maintenance for the technical engineering function to ensure that water supply systems are operating efficiently and effectively. To direct installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of all water supply infrastructure and associated electrical and mechanical installations, necessary for the continuity of water production and distribution operations. To develop and implement the rolling five-year capital development plan, annual capital development plan and annual research plan for projects to ensure that water supply infrastructure is created or replaced to support the execution of the company’s business.
Minimum Requirements
Relevant Honor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent engineering qualification)
12 years’ experience in Engineering management of the water industry of which 5 years at the Senior Management level
Experience in successfully leading teams of people in large corporate environments
Level 8
Registered professional Engineer
Driver’s License Code B.
