Purpose of the role
An opportunity has arisen at Indongo Toyota Windhoek, for the appointment of a
Service Manager within the Workshop department.
Key Performance Areas
• Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop
• Create customer confidence in the company by providing a professional service
• Track the department’s financial status.
• Ensure the Annual Audit, Budget and Forecasting processes of the department are
completed effectively
• Lead the service team through coaching and guidance to achieve the desired
standards.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Maintain good working relationship with all our customers, including fleet customers
• Adhere to group standards and policies

Experience and qualifications
• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate, preferably a tertiary qualification
• At least 5 years’ experience in a workshop/service environment, of which at least 3
years should have been in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft office)
• Auto franchise experience will be advantageous
