Duty Description
1. Main function of the Role:
Responsible for the accurate and timeous processing of Life policies
2. Key Performance Areas of the Role:
Loading new business on the system
Obtain all required documentation in order to comply with company and regulatory standards
Doing endorsements on policies as per requirements of brokers and clients
Processing policy cancellations
Assist walk in clients with queries regarding policies
Receive and submitting of Namfisa applications
Duty Requirement(s)
Matric (25 points or more)
Any insurance qualification will be an advantage
6 Months experience in policy administration will be an added advantage
Special Requirement(s)
Communication (Oral & Written)
Computer Literacy (MS Office Applications)
Attention to detail
Strong admin orientation
Problem solving & Decision making
Teamwork
Accuracy
Self-driven
Handle pressure effectively
Meet deadlines.
