RECEPTIONIST
(WALVIS BAY) (Paterson B2)
Primary Function: To provide a broad range of support to the PA/ Executive Secretary to the CEO and Human Resources Department, particularly within the functions of Administration, secretarial support, client service and day to day management of reception area/ front office in relation to potential appointments and all related services to management.
Key Performance Areas:
The incumbent shall be reporting to the Human Resources Assistant and shall be responsible for the following:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are a prerequisite (communicate well in written and verbal English (articulate)
- Ability to draft minutes and assist with the preparation of board packages
- Familiar with modern office software such as Microsoft Office
- Must be able to deal with people at all levels
- Must have neat personality and be punctual
- Must be a good organiser
- Should have a pleasant personality and be able to perform reasonable tasks as required from time to time.
Qualifications: The successful candidate should be in possession of a Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial studies with three years relevant secretarial in a medium/ large corporate environment, grade 12 certificate with 5 years relevant experience in an Administrative or Secretarial environment.

Salary Package: The FOA offers a market related remuneration package commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.
