The position will entail the following:
Reporting directly to the DC Manager
Monitoring of all Data Center Applications / CCTV
Understand all Data Center related services
The successful candidate should be able to:
Be a strong team player, promoting the full range of Paratus products and services available to the client
The ideal candidate is an individual who can work in a fast-paced industry, who is young and dynamic with the will and power to succeed
Able to analyse problems and conduct effective fault diagnosis and system recovery
Capable of prioritising and managing own workload
The individual should be able to express communication skills at all levels
The successful candidate should be able and willing to work in shifts
Minimum Requirements
Gr12 with A+orN+
A tertiary qualification would be advantageous;
CCNA certified
MCP (Microsoft) certified
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work shifts;
Strong problem-solving skills
Minimum of 1-2 years in helpdesk / NOC customer support position, related to ICT and Network fields
