Reporting to the Vice General manager, this position is responsible to plan, administer, implement, and coordinate the activities of the Human Resources division. Responsibilities
Contribute to the company’s strategic object and ensure implementation there of Direct and oversee all aspects of the Human Resources functions of the organizations Direct organizational planning to evaluate departments, job design and workforce forecasting throughout the organization to enhance productivity. Implement the compensation / salary structure, remuneration policies, performance appraisal programs and employee benefits programs Manage employee-employer relations – Define and recommend employee relations practices to establish positive employer-employee relations and promote a high level of employee morale Manage the Human Resources staff, ensuring competence and a positive moral in order to provide the necessary service to the stakeholders. Compliance and implementation of Safety, Security, Health, Environmental, Radiation & Quality policies and procedures.
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification Management Development Program (will be an added advantage)Minimum seven (7) years Human Resources experience with at least three (3) years in a Senior Human Resources position. A proven track record and experience in human resources management in the mining industry and a multilateral organization will be an added advantage. A proven track record and experience in human resources management for 100 employees or above. Communication & report writing Interpersonal and human relation skills for the development, recognition and utilisation of team workers. Understanding of cost structures Valid Code B/BE Driver’s License
