ADMIN CLERK – AGRIMARK STAMPRIET
The incumbent will be responsible for the control of all administrative functions, which mainly includes the processing of goods received and the finalization of direct orders and its relevant administration.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Finalizing of the receiving part of the supplier`s delivery note.
Invoicing of direct orders.
Processing of all suppliers claims for faulty/damaged stock received.
Processing/handling of credit of suppliers versus claims submitted by suppliers.
Control and/or finalizing of daily banking.
Control and/or finalizing of the petty cash.
Control over reports in order to balance nominal accounts.
Control and correction of stock take statistics.
Filing of all finalized (grouped) invoices.
Ensure that all offices and pay points of the Agrimark are neat and tidy at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
A valid Grade 12 (with at least 23 points)
2-3 years’ experience in Retail.
A high level of accuracy and high regard for attention to detail.
Good problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills- including to multi-task and manage a number of conflicting priorities.
Professional and confident attitude.
Good interpersonal skills.
Computer literate.
High regard for honesty.
Namibian Citizenship.
