B TECH IN ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT. HUMAN RESOURCES OR PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT. AT LEAST FIVE EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING OR ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF WHICH TWO YEARS SHOULD BE A SUPERVISORY OR SPECIALISED LEVEL.
