Opportunity | Duty Description
Act as the point of contact for all employees; provide administrative, and organisational support; centralise and update project information into a data archiving system; coordinate scheduling of in-house and external stakeholder events; manage office supplies stock and place orders; prepare regular reports on expenses and office budget; administer project purchases and monitor compliance with the project contract; ensure seamless office and financial administration, support systems and methods for synchronising meetings, filing and mail services; prepare reports and presentations with statistical data; coordinate local and international travel and accommodation; ensure the smooth operation of the project and carry out any other reasonable and lawful instructions as requested by superiors.
Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)
A relevant Bachelor Honors degree (NQF Level 8) in Agribusiness or Agricultural Economics. A Master’s degree (NQF Level 9) will be an advantage. Two years of relevant experience in project management or project administration. Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Access. Excellent writing, communication, administrative analytical, and organisational skills and the ability to work independently. A developed aptitude for financial, administrative processes, and competence in project documentation, report writing, minute taking, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Must have a valid code B driver’s license.
