Goods Receiving Voucher (GRV) Clerk
Job Mission: The purpose of the GRV Clerk is to maintain Retail Systems on an ongoing basis, by performing input and reconciliation tasks; process claims; input category stock takes; and provide systems support for inventory control.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain inventory data including; Invoices, Claims, New Suppliers/codes and GRV register.
Minimum Experience: At least 2 years retail experience/2 years receiving/merchandising experience and at least 4 years experience working with computers.
Formal Education and Training: Matric (HIGCSE) / NQF level 4 equivalents with Mathematics and Accounting.
Special Requirements: Incumbent must be able to process large volumes of data volumes of data accurately on an ongoing basis and have clerical and systems aptitude.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday: 08h00- 16h30 (1 Hour lunch).
