Key Responsibilities
- Ensure facilities, equipment, and outsourced service providers within the assigned portfolio operate effectively, remain compliant, and are continuously improved.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and relevant reports that support management decision-making and meet client requirements.
- Oversee security operations, systems, procedures and service providers to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Ensure cleaning services meet agreed quality standards, contractual requirements, and budget provisions.
- Monitor waste services to ensure compliance, service quality, operational efficiency, and cost control.
- Coordinate and control parking operations in line with policies, procedures, and revenue management requirements.
- Monitor utilities consumption and expenditure to identify variances, improve efficiency, and support cost management.
- Maintain positive tenant relationships while ensuring adherence to lease agreements, house rules, statutory requirements, and approved fit-out standards.
- Ensure operational and maintenance expenditure is managed cost-effectively through efficient procurement, adherence to budgets and recovery of applicable costs.
