Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the drafting and filling of court documents, pleadings and affidavits.
- Consults with external legal practitioners on any legal issues.
- Attend legal disputes arising internally and externally and oversee the litigation of matters as required.
- Facilitate settlements of legal disputes.
- Reviews court documents drafted by external legal practitioners for validation of facts, correctness and accuracy before they are filed at court by instructed legal practitioners.
