LITIGATION – National Youth Service Commission

You typically need a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized Namibian or SADC university, plus admission as a legal practitioner by the Law Society of Namibia. Experience in administrative or public sector law is highly advantageous given the commission's government mandate.

You will draft legal opinions, represent the commission in labour and administrative disputes, and prepare court documents for the Labour Court and High Court of Namibia.
