The Namibia Training Authority (NTA) is the national body responsible for vocational education and training in Namibia. Established by an Act of Parliament, the NTA regulates, funds, and promotes skills development across the country, working with training providers and industry to address workforce needs. The organization manages the National Training Fund, which collects and disburses levies to support training initiatives throughout Namibia. Based in Windhoek, the NTA plays a central role in building human capital and reducing unemployment by equipping Namibians with practical, market-relevant qualifications.
