The National Housing Enterprise (NHE) is a Namibian state-owned enterprise headquartered in Windhoek, mandated to develop and deliver affordable housing solutions across the country. It implements national housing policies in partnership with government institutions, municipalities, and private sector stakeholders such as Telecom Namibia. NHE focuses on sustainable, low-to-middle-income housing projects, land development, and infrastructure provision within Namibia’s urban and peri-urban areas. Its operations are grounded in the Namibian Housing Act and aligned with the National Development Plans of the Government of the Republic of Namibia.
