Respect for hierarchy and clear communication with supervisors is valued, especially in traditionally structured sectors like mining and utilities. Punctuality, reliability, and collaborative problem-solving are emphasised — and fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of local languages (e.g., Oshiwambo or Afrikaans) can support effective engagement with multi-lingual technical teams.
