Key Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly payroll processing
- Assist with PAYE, SSC and other payroll-related submissions
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll documentation
- Assist with company secretarial and statutory compliance work
- Assist with client onboarding and administrative duties
- Prepare and maintain correspondence, records and reports
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration
- Basic knowledge of payroll and HR administration
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Mature, professional and willing to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with payroll software will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Labour and Tax Laws
