Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and chair company and trustee meetings as required
- Review agendas and supporting information at least 3 days prior to meetings
- Engage proactively and unambiguously in discussions
- Prepare and circulate meeting minutes within 3 days of each meeting
- Obtain sign-off on key decisions from relevant stakeholders
- Support client relationship management through a professional and proactive approach
- Provide approvals as required by banking institutions
- Obtain sign-off on applicable financial statements and annual returns
- Submit tax invoices and timesheets monthly by the 20th of each month
- Act as signatory on bank accounts as required
- Understand and explain the detail of fund structures to external stakeholders
- Engage with service providers such as accountants and auditors where applicable
- Chase clients and banks proactively to reduce turnaround times
- Check and respond to emails daily, within 24 hours
- Receive and submit original documentation to relevant service providers
- Prepare weekly updates and planning for feedback sessions
- Save all documentation on the cloud (OneDrive or equivalent)
