Key Responsibilities

Ensure ore and waste are mined according to approved mine plans and grade control instructions, including ore boundaries to minimise ore loss and dilution.
Direct haul trucks to the correct ore and waste dumping locations and manage dumping onto designated ROM pad stockpiles.
Coordinate stockpile reclaim activities to ensure crusher feed meets the prescribed blend design while maintaining ore traceability and minimising ore dilution.
Comply with all company SHE policies, procedures and operational standards to support safe and efficient operations.

Requirements

Grade 12
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an open-pit mining environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work shifts in a physically demanding mining environment
Strong safety awareness and ability to work with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license an added advantage
