Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests.
- Welcome guests, present menus, and assist with menu selections.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Promote menu items, beverages, and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Respond to guest requests, enquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions, and hotel facilities.
- Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are clean, stocked, and well-presented at all times.
- Clear and reset tables promptly and in accordance with service standards.
- Process guest payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Maintain company grooming and appearance standards.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to improve skills and service standards.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by Management.
