Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests.
Welcome guests, present menus, and assist with menu selections.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Promote menu items, beverages, and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Respond to guest requests, enquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions, and hotel facilities.
Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are clean, stocked, and well-presented at all times.
Clear and reset tables promptly and in accordance with service standards.
Process guest payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Maintain company grooming and appearance standards.
Participate in training and development initiatives to improve skills and service standards.
Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by Management.
