Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes according to lodge procedures.

- Coordinate with the reservations team to ensure rooms and services are ready.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records (as per lodge policy).

- Maintain front desk filing and daily records.

Requirements
- Valid Grade 12 qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a reception/front office/customer service position (hospitality experience).
- Strong communication skills and excellent guest service attitude.
- Fluent in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office365).
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
