We are looking to hire a receptionist to provide front desk support at Emanya@Etosha Lodge by welcoming guests, handling guest queries, managing check-ins/check-outs, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations with professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
Handle guest check-in and check-out processes according to lodge procedures.
Verify guest information, room allocations, and booking details.
Answer direct phone calls and respond to guest enquiries via phone.
Coordinate with the reservations team to ensure rooms and services are ready.
Process payments and maintain accurate records (as per lodge policy).
Provide guests with information on lodge services, activities, facilities, and policies.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and follow-ups professionally and promptly.
Maintain front desk filing and daily records.
Ensure the reception area remains neat, organized, and presentable.

Requirements

Valid Grade 12 qualification
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a reception/front office/customer service position (hospitality experience).
Strong communication skills and excellent guest service attitude.
Fluent in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office365).
Ability to work calmly under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and honesty.
