Requirements
- A Master’s Degree (NQF 9) in Human Resources Management, Behavioural Sciences, Industrial or Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Public Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
- Registration with a recognised human resources or management professional body is an added advantage.
- A minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive, relevant experience in strategic human capital, corporate services, or general management leadership, of which at least seven (7) years must have been at executive or senior executive level.
- Experience within a public enterprise, regulated entity, or large institutional environment is advantageous.
- Demonstrable track record of leading integrated human capital, marketing, procurement, and corporate services portfolios in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
