Key Responsibilities
- DAILY OPERATIONS: Oversee, operate, and maintain factory machinery and production lines to ensure maximum efficiency.
- QUALITY CONTROL: Monitor production outputs to maintain high standards and minimize waste.
- MAINTENANCE: Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on mechanical systems and factory equipment.
- STOCK & LOGISTICS: Track raw materials and finished inventory, ensuring smooth handling and storage.
- SAFETY & UPKEEP: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe factory environment in compliance with operational standards.
Requirements
- EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND: Previous experience in a factory, mechanical, or agricultural production environment is highly advantageous.
- TECHNICAL SKILLS: Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- LIFESTYLE FIT: Must be willing and able to relocate and reside permanently at Otjiwa.
