Requirements
- CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
- Ships Agency or Clearing & Forwarding experience Advantageous.
- Leadership experience in high-performance environments
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- Advanced ERP and data analysis skills
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to transition from finance into broader business leadership and performance ownership.
- Client Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage demanding clients and resolve complex issues.
- Leadership & Resilience
- Problem Solving: Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and process improvement capability.
- Communication: Clear and effective communicator across all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders.
