Key Responsibilities
- Create and capture trips sheets based on the route guide per route.
- Monitor: repair book in’s, assessments & quotations
- Oversee customer complaints and ensure queries are dealt with timeously
- Oversee and ensure external and internal SLA is met.
- Oversee and monitor spare parts forecasting and spare parts stock holding
- Compile reports.
- Ensure screening of orders is done when orders are received.
- Report all the rejected deliveries/orders to KAM/AM and DC.
- Returned all credit approved orders to the DC with a master trip sheet.
- Ensure all PODs are returned by the driver.
- Create a collection trip sheet
- Reject all illegitimate returns
- Report all illegitimate CCV’s to AM’s and the line manager.
- Conduct and investigate daily Cycle Count on Inventory.
- Picking & packing stock.
- Quality control
- Re-work stock as per requests from KAM’s
- Rotate stock as per FIFO
- Prevent stock loss/maintain high level of security.
- Manage the petty cash recon.
- Hub Payables
- Daily housekeeping
- Ensure and test all security systems
- All fire extinguishers and reels are serviced.
- Report any required repair and maintenance issues.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks
- Ensure all employees adhere to the OHS policy and procedures.
- Appoint fire fighters, first aiders & SHE reps
- Ensure all drivers & machine operators are qualified
- Filing and records
Requirements
- Level of Education: Tertiary
- 3 years of Supervisory Experience in Warehousing/Distribution
- 3 years’ experience in Fleet/Distribution
- 3 years of Administration experience
- Experience in WMS/Syspro an advantage
- Good communication, planning and organizational skills
- Must be fully computer literate in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- Driver’s license & own Reliable car
- Good Geographical knowledge of the Region
- Knowledge of Labour Relations
- Problem Solving Skills
- Willing to work long hours & Some Weekends
- Production planning
