Key Responsibilities

• Visit stud breeders across Namibia
• Work closely with breeders to plan and prepare livestock for marketing and auction
• Highlight key traits such as genetics, performance, and breeding value
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stud breeders and producers
• Provide guidance and support to clients on effective marketing and sales strategies
• Act as a key link between breeders and the Agra Auctions team
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of livestock for marketing purposes
• Maintain a consistent and professional visual standard across all marketing material
• Coordinate marketing timelines leading up to auction events
• Provide on-site support during auctions when required
• Manage and maintain budget targets to achieve financial goals

Requirements

• Namibian citizenship
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Agriculture
• 3 years experience in marketing, agriculture or a livestock environment
• Basic to intermediate photography skills
• Basic design and video editing skills (Canva / Capcut)
• Strong knowledge of livestock breeds and passion for the livestock industry
• Valid driver’s license (Code B)
• Proficiency in English
