Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Namibian nationals who are qualified, competent and with appropriate skills and qualifications.
- A master’s degree in the following fields: 1. Tourism Management with knowledge and experience in the tourism sector. 2. Law – an LLB and Admission in the High Court of Namibia with knowledge and experience in commercial and contract law. 3. Finance with knowledge and experience in finance and/or accounting. 4. Health with knowledge and experience in health or social services. 5. Business Administration with knowledge and experience in commercial and industrial matters. 6. Human Resources with knowledge and experience in human resources. 7. Safety and Security with knowledge and experience in safety and security matters;
- Minimum Experience required: 5 years’ experience at Executive Management level.
- Three-years (or more) experience as a board member will be an added advantage.
- Persons currently serving on two (2) or more Boards of any Public Enterprises will not be considered as per the limitations of section 7(1) of PEGA.
