Reporting to the SHEQ Manager, the successful Candidate will manage and ensure compliance to Integrated Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure compliance in accordance with the following systems: Quality Management (QMS), Environmental Management (EMS) and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
- Conduct internal audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
- Ensure compliance with the Caterpillar Contamination Control guideline (PEBJ 0002-05)
- Facilitate certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and Contamination Control)
- Conduct training on procedure, process failures and/ or the best practices within the region
- Manage quality risks and ensure effective implementation of control measures
- Monitor and maintain the internal cloud-based Governance, Risk and Compliance software (CURA)
- Conduct supplier’s audit to assess compliance to the quality standards
- Investigate quality related incidents (i.e., customer complaints, service warranties)
- Documenting all incidents and preventative actions taken to rectify non-conformance and deviations
- Quality and SHEQ document controller
- Engaging with customers and suppliers on products related deviations and driving root cause activities
- Conduct and compile Internal Audit reports and Management review reports
- Continuous review of existing product related processes and procedures to identify weaknesses and or areas that require improvement
- Verify monthly Product Delivery Inspections (PDI) and Contamination Control Audit data
- Conduct frequent site visits
Requirements
- Grade 12, passed
- Bachelor or Diploma in Science related field
- Total Quality Management Certificate, Internal Auditing Certificate or any QMS related qualifications (will be added advantage)
- 3 -5 years’ experience in service operations and/or quality management
- Basic understanding of Quality Management System standards (i.e. ISO 9001, TQM, etc.)
- Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) experience
- Judgement, analysis, problem solving and reasoning skills
- Good report writing and communication skills
- Experience in a workshop environment
- Computer literacy
- Must have a valid driver’s license (manual transmission)
