Requirements
- Grade 12 or Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or related field.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in sales.
- Strong understanding of Credit Assessment, Loan recovery and compliance regulations.
- Computer literate (MS Office, Loan Management Systems)
- Solid knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles.
- A solid understanding of the sales process,
- Effective and efficient sales administration,
- Being considerate and approachable, yet decisive,
- Excellent customer service skills,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build strong relationships with customers,

Salary
A market-related remuneration will be offered and is appropriate to the experience and qualifications of the incumbent.
