Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and stakeholder engagement initiatives to promote hospital services and increase patient volumes.
- Support the management of social media platforms, website updates, and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in drafting marketing and communication material, including advertisements, newsletters, and internal notices.
- Coordinate public relations activities, events, and public health awareness campaigns in collaboration with departments.

Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant qualification.
- Minimum one (1) to two (2) years’ experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
- Experience in a healthcare or service environment will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
