ADVANCED 4X4 CAR HIRE
WORKSHOP MANAGER
We’re looking for a hands-on Workshop Manager to take charge of our workshop, panelbeater shop and car wash, and to keep our fleet road-ready for back-to-back rentals.
This is a demanding, multi-disciplinary role. The Workshop Manager runs three departments, owns the maintenance cycle on every vehicle in the fleet, and carries the 24-hour breakdown phone on a rotating duty week.

Requirements
- A solid mechanical background on Toyota and Nissan models or substantial hands-on workshop experience, ideally in a fleet, rental or 4×4 environment
- Formal mechanical qualification / training is required, and a mechanical trade test must have been completed
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a mechanical workshop
- Proven experience supervising workshop staff and running daily schedules across more than one trade
- Comfort with admin, paperwork and reporting – job cards, stock counts and parts orders are a core part of the role
- Working knowledge of Pastel (or a similar stock and accounting system) is an advantage
- A valid Namibian driver’s licence and passport
- Hands on, energetic, hardworking, enthusiastic and driven to improve and streamline the fleet department
- Clear, prompt communication and the ability to keep three departments and the office on the same page
