Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers and achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
• Achieve a minimum of eight vehicle sales per month.
• Source and appraise used vehicle stock.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and update relevant DMS systems.
• Report sales activity, trends, and performance results.
• Work closely with management and sales teams to achieve dealership goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and customer service expectations.

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in motor vehicle or sales environment.
• Computer literacy (MS Office and Motodata).
• Valid driver’s license (compulsory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Willingness to work overtime or relocate if necessary.
• Namibian citizenship or permanent residence.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and professional attitude.
