Key Responsibilities
- Support the production of training materials
- Research and learn about unfamiliar subject matters
- Present training courses confidently
- Provide technical support for training services
- Conducting qualitative or quantitative surveys
- Analysing and interpreting data
- Represent Agra ProVision at events
- Monitoring the progress of projects
- Formulating plans / proposal and presenting to clients or senior management
- Writing detailed reports and presenting results
Requirements
- Namibian citizenship
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or similar
- A minimum of 3 years experience
- Proficiency in English
- Confident presentation skills
- A valid driver’s license
- Competence in at least one agricultural sector
- Must be willing and able to travel
