ODEC – OPEN DOORS Education Centre (under the umbrella of the NGO Tangeni Shilongo Namibia). Role Purpose: To recruit trainers for the TVET Youth Programme “From Unemployment to Entrepreneurship” to deliver hands-on short vocational courses for unemployed youth in Swakopmund.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Leather Technology, Fashion Design, Industrial Design or a related field.
- 3 years practical experience in leather manufacturing, leathercraft, or artisanal leather product design.
- Skills in pattern making, industrial stitching and sewing machine operation, product design, quality control, and basic costing.
- TVET trainer qualification or adult education certificate as well as experience with leather will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication & practical training skills.
