Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of solar PV systems (residential, commercial, and industrial)
• Carry and position solar panels on rooftops
• Assist with cable routing, trunking, and mounting structures
• Dig trenches for underground cabling
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Support site preparation and general installation work
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Assist electricians and technicians as required

Requirements

• Physically fit and willing to perform manual work
• Practical mindset and good problem-solving ability
• Willingness to travel throughout Namibia
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
• Electrical or mechanical experience (advantageous)
• No formal qualification required, but technical aptitude is preferred
