Key Responsibilities

• Candidate must be hands-on and proactive-this is not a purely desk-based position.
• Willingness to work on-site in challenging environments (dusty, noisy, outdoors, remote locations).
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
• Expected to assist with inspections, progress reporting, taking measurements, and quality checks.
• May be required to work extended hours or weekends depending on project needs.

Requirements

• Competent with Microsoft Suite
• Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Physically fit and able to walk/stand for long hours on construction sites.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with site workers, supervisors, and contractors.
• Proficient in basic engineering calculations and report writing.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar drafting tools for simple as-built drawings.
• Exposure to materials testing and concrete work.
• Knowledge of construction safety and quality control standards.
• Driver’s license (Added advantage)
