Organization Name: #BeFree Youth Campus, Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany Windhoek, One Economy Foundation. Job Title: #BeFree Youth Campus Ambassador Programme: Diplomat for a Day. Role Purpose: To represent the #BeFree Youth Campus at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany and experience diplomacy first-hand.
Key Responsibilities
- Spend a full day with the German Ambassador and tour the German Embassy
- Attend and lead meetings and events
- Participate in a working lunch at the Ambassador’s residence
- Gain real exposure to diplomacy, leadership and international relations
Requirements
- Be a registered #BeFree Youth Campus member
- Be between 13-18 years old
- Be actively engaged in #BeFree programmes
- Show positive behaviour and respect campus rules
- Demonstrate leadership, initiative, or responsibility within their programme
- Have an interest in politics, diplomacy, leadership, or international relations
- Have good communication skills and confidence to engage with adults and professionals
- Be mentally and physically able to manage a full, high-profile day
- Be willing to represent #BeFree with professionalism and pride
