Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and Repairing Electrical faults
• Complete pre-diagnostic questionnaire as per required standards
• Installing and servicing electrical components and accessories
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems
• Reading and interpreting wiring and technical manuals
• Using diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues
• Responsible for quotes on all mechanical and electrical repairs
• Record future vehicle repairs and servicing requirements
• Perform quality control and sign off FIR repair orders
• Maintain CE index percentages as per required standards
• Assist Technicians with services and repairs when required
• Ad hoc mechanical tasks if and when required

Requirements

• Proven Expertise: Electrical diagnostics, Wiring and component replacement
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Effectively prioritize and multitask, initiate and follow through
• A customer-centric approach with a commitment to exceptional service
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Be a Team Player
• Friendly and energetic attitude
• Planning and organizing
• Qualified Auto Electrician
• At least 3 years Auto Electrician experience
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• Toyota franchise experience will be an added advantage
• Valid driver’s license compulsory
