Key Responsibilities

Operate the tuckshop as a private business, subject to a monthly rental payable to Windhoek High School.
Serve only approved food and beverage items in line with the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture guidelines and the school’s nutrition policy.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service.
Ensure that the tuckshop operates efficiently and responsibly in the best interests of the learners and the school community.
Operate the tuckshop during school hours as determined by Windhoek High School.
Be responsible for the recruitment, remuneration, and management of staff. All staff must be appropriately trained, professional, and presentable.
