The Ministry of Works and Transport hereby invites Unemployed Graduate Valuers and Professional Valuers to express interest in participating in the nationwide valuation of Government immovable assets. The valuation exercise will be undertaken under the supervision and attachment of Registered Valuers in their respective regions. This initiative forms part of Ministry’s program to strengthen the management, valuation, and effective utilization of public immovable assets across the Republic of Namibia.
Key Responsibilities
- Physical inspection and verification of Government immovable assets
- Property measurements and data collection
- Market research and analysis
- Compilation of valuation inputs and draft reports
- Updating and reconciliation of asset information
Requirements
- Graduate Valuers in possession of a relevant qualification
- Knowledge of property valuation principles
- Willingness to be deployed and work nationwide within assigned regions
- Ability to work under supervision and meet project deadlines
- Own transport and valid driver’s License will be an advantage
